The WHY for the WHAT

We are EXCITED to have your student at CDYC! Our goal is to engage students with God and others through defining moments, real community, and intentional fun. Throughout the week, whether Middle School Camp or High School Camp, we will accomplish these things in a variety of ways.

Each day, students have opportunities to express their interests whether creative or athletic, hang out with friends, enjoy awesome late night activities, and attend sessions that will engage your son/daughter with relevant teaching. We believe by leveraging these elements, students are given the opportunity to gain perspective and put tools in place to develop a healthy relationship with Jesus and friends in their church.

CDYC happens at Bethel College in Mishawaka, IN. You can see the location page for more details and links to information about our host site.

CDYC happens in two sessions, Middle School Camp and High School Camp. They are intended to engage each of those age groups during those specific camps. The dates for each camp are:

Middle School Camp: June 17-20

High School Camp: June 21-25

Specific registration deadlines and costs are determined by each church group and can be secured by your church's group leader.

Registration & Medical Questions

Registration is all online and can be accessed through the "Register Here" link at the top of the page. Make sure you follow the instructions and be srue to register for your student for the proper church. If you have questions regarding registration, click this link and submit your question!

We staff our camps with Registered Nurses to help with needs as they arise during CDYC. Please make certain that you mark on your student's registration form any notable allergies, medications, food allergies, or anything else, medically, we need to be aware of while at CDYC. Our host, Bethel College, is also able to accommodate a variety of food allergies, as needed.

The Packing List

Here is the packing list for CDYC! There may be some specifics to your youth group so be sure to check with your group leader to make sure you have, or are sure not to bring, something specific to your group!

  3. Modest Swimsuit (Ladies: One Piece or a Tankini that covers the stomach. Guys: No Speedos)
  4. Pillow & Bedding of Choice (Beds are twin beds.)
  5. Towel
  6. Toiletries
  7. Alarm Clock
  8. Bible
  9. Pen
  10. Anything needed for Activities at CDYC (Open Mic Night, Tracks, Sports Competitions)
  11. Money for Snacks or Offering

Again- Be sure to check with your youth pastor on any specifics they might have!

Typical Schedule

A typical schedule exists for both camps. There is some variety to each day's outlook and varies from Camp to Camp. The following is a general flow:

8-9:30a | Breakfast

10:15a | Morning Session

11:15a | Small Groups/Youth Group Time

12p | Lunch

1-5p | Afternoon Activities

5-6:30p | Dinner

7:15p | Evening Session

8:45p | Small Groups

9:45p | Late Night Activities

11p | Dorm Lock Up/Lights Out

Group Leaders are given detailed schedules upon arrival to CDYC as the schedule is subject to change leading up to Middle School Camp and High School Camp.
